Scott Spungin brings to Trifecta vast experience in the area of business and legal affairs.
As Senior Vice President and Head of Business Affairs at MGM Television Entertainment, Mr. Spungin was responsible for overseeing all business and legal operations associated with the development, production and distribution of all of MGM’s network, first-run syndication, pay and basic cable television programming.
His first position with MGM was as Director of Business Affairs. Prior to his tenure at MGM, Mr. Spungin served as Senior Attorney, Business and Legal Affairs for MTM Entertainment and the Family Channel.
His career began as a Litigation Associate for the law firm of Daniels, Baratta & Fine.
