The Liquidator follows the daily life of Jeff Schwarz, as he haggles his way through the hunt for discarded or unwanted merchandise, purchased and re-sold by him and his staff at Direct Liquidation, a 30,000-square-foot warehouse in Burnaby, British Columbia, operated by Jeff and his wife.

Viewers get a ringside seat to Jeff's fast paced, high stakes, buy-and-sell world.

From getting the tip and checking out the goods to making the deal and finding a buyer, we see it all... and it isn't always pretty.
